Man, I just checked and all it said was that they put it to sleep to prevent it from being used by evil. Hmmmm. Maybe there's certain preparations that go into waking up the Beanstar instead of just singing, and that's what triggered it? That's the only excuse I can think of. UNLESS THIS IS ALL EXPLAINED LATER I THINK YOU MAY HAVE FOUND A PLOT HOLE :O
