WE'VE TRIED LOTS OF WAYS AND THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST.
That's my point! I mean, otherwise wouldn't it be woken up just by people talking nearby?
I kind of assumed it was just written into the spell that made it go to sleep and they knew that, though. Unless I'm competely misremembering why it's asleep. WHICH IS COMPLETELY POSSIBLE.
