backupdump002without delving too deeply on a public entry, i just wanted to thank everyone for their kindness, understanding, and support. i expected the best out of you guys and i got it, and i think the fact that we're entering a day and age where people like me can actually DO that is something that's really amazing. you guys give me hope for the future. ♥ thanks.
in other news, last call for those dumb valentines. i dunno what i'll do for the unclaimed ones. keep 'em? or maybe just send bonus ones to people who requested? hmmm.
man i need to send the claimed ones out though. when did i get so shitty at mailing cards
so i got a new tablet, but it was all buggy so i'm gonna exchange ittomorrow today.

that one meme where you draw your heritage in your home country's clothes or whatever. i'm a mutt, so i just did my top 5 in order of prominence.
fun fact: apparently i have ancestors who were colonial americans (at least from one side of the family that i know of, idk if all my english heritage is). i was tempted to draw babby america here but babby america is a loser and also babby american isn't really a heritage
then i found out more about my heritage and did this

i was watching stuff and doodling, and, uh, yeah
actually done a while ago, but here's a preview for a yume nikki meme fill i'm working on, since i'm really pleased with how it looks so far (last panel isn't done and i'll probably go back and tweak the others). the thought of drawing myself for this seriously weirds me out for some reason, so some kid's there instead.
working without lineart is actually very fun and relaxing, i need to do it more often.
i've been plugging this everywhere, but this article on rape is the best i've ever read. it's extremely informative, has a very calm and clear (yet influential) tone, and is completely fair to everybody involved. it's an important article that everyone should read, so i strongly encourage you guys to plug it as well.
