though the interpretation part is kind of ruined since i've drawn myself several times and have done (f-locked) picposts before but WHATEVERRR DO IT ANYWAY

wishwashing stopped by and hung out a few days ago. she gave me loads of skittles because she's a filthy enabler, but it was pretty cool. NOTE TO SELF: show her god hand next time i see her.

WELL, i beat saints row 2 and it was awesome, i love that game. it's funny how gangster games really endear you to the characters and make you really want to hang out with them, despite the fact that they're gangsters. but seriously, they're all so cool, why do they have to kill like 2974289347 people per day and blow everything up (and dress like a terrifying man-stripper when my character is thrown into the mix)
turns out that there were a few throwbacks to the first saints row, but i think they did a good job of being inclusive about them. i'll have to check sr1 out sometime, but that's a little hard to think about right now since i'm kind of gangstered out, haha. i'm thinking i'll try to finish scribblenauts or yume nikki next.

probably the saddest part about beating saints row 2 is that i'll have to leave my ridiculous character i created. no, really, i'm kind of depressed about that, i got all attached. i guess i could go back and get 100%, but all that is is just beating all the mini-games or whatever and that's lame. NOT EVEN THE PROMISE OF HIS BEAUTIFUL (DISTRACTING) ASS ONCE AGAIN GRACING MY SCREEN IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME BEAT ALL THE MINI-GAMES

switching topics slightly, but i have a very bad habit of hoarding entertainment. i'll see a book i've been meaning to get and i'm all YEAH LET'S GET IT so i buy it and set it on a shelf and never look at it again. i have this pretty sizable collection of games and books that i haven't looked at just sitting on my shelves (and harddrive) just because i'm weird and lazy. anyway, since it's depressing, i've been trying to fix it using a ~new system~ where i am only allowed to get a new game or book once i've finished three. and yes, this means i have to "earn" birthday/christmas lists. might sound strict but i deserve it seriously
ANYWAY, NOW THAT I'VE BEATEN SAINTS ROW 2, THAT'S... ONE. one out of three out of... well, ever. hahaha I'M SO GONNA RACK UP A JILLION POINTS THOUGH WATCH ME

i need more discipline when it comes to art, too (art to-do list literally totals at 454, and that's just the stuff i've written down). every time i miss an art post, i have to cut off a finger. or something. also, photobucket has been really frustrating!! my art will look perfectly fine when i upload it, but i'll check back later and it's turned all blurry for no reason. photobucket stop doing annoying things to push your pro accounts i am taking my freeloading elsewhere
also hahaha i forgot about the holidays coming soon, so i guess i picked a slightly weird time to take sketch requests. WHATEVER.
