Oh yeah, I've heard people call it a "suicide," too, though I never knew the reason for it :O I always assumed people just called it that to make it seem EDGY or something. Never knew it exploded, though! Now I wanna try that
Yesssss carrots and mac-n-cheese is awesome. Mac-n-cheese with tuna is another really good one :D
