Another thing that sucks: when you're too awake to sleep and too exhausted to get out of bed so you just lie there tossing and turning for hours until you eventually start to feel hungry, but you can't go downstairs because your dad's asleep on the couch and he'll be annoyed if you wake him up, so you have no choice but to wait a few more hours until he gets up and goes to work, and by that point you're right back to square one because you realize that those hours would go by much quicker if you could just get to sleep.
... and then by the time you do get to sleep and wake up, it's freaking five

At least I didn't have anything to do that day :V I watched Ghostbusters. Speaking of which, what the hell, every fictional thing I've been pursuing lately has left me in tears. SERIOUSLY, I watched Bagdad Cafe the other night and oh man, that was such a bizarre movie but at the same time it was so touching :< Same with Paris, Texas. Man, that completely tore me up. And MOTHER-FREAKING-3, which I still need to get around to finishing (I think I'm still on Chapter 3), but god that game is a hundred times more depressing in English. I get the feeling the ending and Tanehineri are going to break my heart so hard

Man, though, what's with me? I used to be real macho about this sort of thing and go around proudly stating that nothing fictional has ever made me cry, and now I'm weeping openly at the thought of a middle-aged German woman doing magic tricks for people at a cafe/hotel/tattoo parlor/wtf. It seems like ever since I cried at the ending to MGS4 I've been more susceptible to that sort of thing. Though I did watch Grave of the Fireflies which everyone said made them sob, and I just got a little teary and that was it. I GUESS THERE'S THAT?

I dunno, man. It's all too much for me ;_;

I'm helping repaint the old house out of the kindness of my heart for money, and now I'm trying to decide what game(s?) I should get. I'm thinking No More Heroes? Or maybe Psychonauts, if I can find it. Hmmmm

Surprisingly enough, I can't really relate to the crying at movies that much. I cried at Million Dollar Baby. ;o; Lucky Star threatened to make me cry when I rewatched it recently. Kanataaaaaa~
