Charity Update

Okay, still trying to get the charity drive straightened out. I wrote down a rough draft of how everything will be run, and even though it's slightly long, I would really appreciate it if everyone took the time to read it! If nobody has any objections then all of this will be final, so please speak up. I need some help!
To recap: This is a charity where different kinds of artists (drawing, writing, etc) use their talents to encourage people to donate. So someone will contribute to a charity, and that contribution will be worth a certain amount of "cash" (i.e.: blood donation = $20). Donors can then use that to "commission" volunteers for stuff, as long as they have proof (photo of their hand putting money in a fundraising box, photo of their "I Donated Blood" sticker, screencap of a site, etc). None of the donations will go through any of the volunteers.
SO I was thinking it'll work like this:
1. On April 2nd (not 1st, don't want April Fools jokes), applications will be accepted until the end of the month. The app is:
Username:
What are you doing?:
What are you charging?:
Just something quick and simple to know who's working and what they're doing without scaring anyone away. People who don't app won't be allowed to volunteer.
2. On May 1st, the charity will begin. Requests will be allowed until June 1st, and then the volunteers will be given the rest of June to finish their requests if they need to. It'll OFFICIALLY end July 1st, though it could end earlier if everyone finishes their stuff before then. (It's fine for volunteers to commission other volunteers, obviously, haha.)
3. The maximum rating is PG-13/pushing R. So, raunchyness is fine, but no actual porn (as in, genitals and stuff). I thought about having it be different for certain mediums (i.e.: NC-17 stories are fine, but videos can only be PG-13 or something), but that wouldn't be very fair, I dunno kdgjhd
4. Donors are allowed to reserve a slot in a volunteer post if they REALLY want to make sure they get something from them, HOWEVER the reservation will only last for a day, they can only make one once per week, and they cannot make a reservation with the same volunteer.
5. Volunteers can set limits for how many requests they'll take at a time. So they could take five requests initially, close their thread, open it later and take another five, and so on. They can change that number around, whatever they want. To let people know what their status is, the volunteer can just reply to their own thread with "Closed" or "Open (Sketches/5, Lineart/3)" or whatever in the subject line.
6. When the charity begins, the mods will throw up a post, and whoever volunteered will start their own thread with their form. The form is:
Username:
Offering:
Charging:
Examples:
I WON'T Do:
Reservations?:
Request Slots:
So for an example:
Username:
doxinator
Offering: Art (sketches, lineart, finished).
Charging: Standard prices, but lineart will be $20.
Examples: Sketch (1, 2, 3), Lineart (1 IS THIS REALLY THE ONLY LINEART EXAMPLE I HAVE I DREW THAT WHEN I WAS FIFTEEN), Finished (1, 2)
I WON'T Do: Pedophilia/shota, rape, incest, anything with more than three people, anything that pushes R.
Reservations?: Allowed.
Request Slots: Sketches/10, Lineart/5, Finished/3.
my art is so stupid BUT ANYWAY, yeah.
7. "Leftovers" are fine, like if someone has some "cash" left over from one commission and wants to do another. The donor is required to link to their their previous request post to show that they aren't trying to cheat anyone. To be extra safe, the mods will run a "current commissions" post to keep track of everything that's going on; volunteers can just report to the mods whenever they get a new commission (and include how much they got) and the info will be added to the post.
On that note: I'm slightly worried about making the "proof" thing public, since I don't want anything stalkery going on, so I was thinking that "proof" could be PMed to the volunteer? I mean, if the volunteer is going to be reporting to the mods, then there still wouldn't be any room for cheating. Then again, donors are encouraged to blot out their face/info and so on, so I... guess it wouldn't be a big deal. idk i get paranoid
Edit: WAIT NO. Donors can just PM their proof to the mods first and get it approved! That way the mods all definitely know what's going on (which could be useful WHAT IF THE VOLUNTEER AND DONOR ARE SECRETLY CON ARTISTS OMG though I'm hoping people aren't going to try and con a charity drive of all things, hahaha, but it never hurts to be safe).
Edit #2: ACTUALLY we could just set up a "proof" post and let people post on there, with all comments screened. That way it's easier and all the mods can see it at once, haha. We could also just let people report their new commissions on the "Current Commissions" post.
8. On that note, mods will also run a catalog of all the volunteers and link to their threads. It will be sorted alphabetically, with whatever the volunteer is offering next to their username (and it could also be sorted by category? like art, etc. I'LL RUN IT IF NO ONE ELSE WANTS TO).
9. If donors don't care/don't know who to choose, they can just ask a mod to give them a random volunteer. All they have to do is specify what they want, such as art, and the mods randomly select an artist for them. This could also be done by fandom/pairing/etc, like if someone wants something about Ace Attorney and doesn't care what medium it's on.
Alternatively, someone could find a javascript thing where a donor just clicks and a thread URL pops up? Might not be as specific, though.
10. SO, PRICES. All currencies are fine, but everything will be translated to USD to make things easier (this is good for that).
So, the value of each donation will be...
Money donation = amount donated
Blood donation = $25
Plasma donation = $30
Charity work = $20 per hour
Donated items = $10 per item
And now for commission prices. Keep in mind that volunteers can tweak these around, this isn't set in stone, it's just a guideline if someone doesn't know what to do (it's also fine if volunteers want to do some silly event, like "Raise $100 to watch me dance!" like I mentioned before):
Art-
Sketch = $5
Lineart = $15
Color = $25
Finished = $35
And maybe +$5 for each extra person (above two people) and +$5 for a background?
Writing-
Drabble = $5
Short story = $15
+$10 per chapter?
Icons-
Three icons = $1
Videos-
FMV = $15
Live action = $35
Music-
Remix = $20
Original = $35
And this isn't ALL people are allowed to do. If someone has something else in mind, they can specify in their app and the mods will think it over :>
11. If a donor makes a request with another person's character in it, then they have to get the original author's permission first, unless it's a gift. Just to avoid people getting upset, haha.
So I guess that about covers it. I hope this isn't too complicated. Anyone got any questions? Suggestions? High fives? EVERYBODY PLEASE COMMENT AAAA (also we'll be sure to put up a suggestion box once it's done, haha).
